What does a standard oil change include?
Every oil change at DallasAutoCarePros includes draining the old oil, replacing the oil filter, refilling with your choice of conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic oil, and a complimentary 21-point inspection. We check your tire pressure, fluid levels, belts, hoses, lights, and brakes during every visit so you always know the condition of your vehicle.
How often should I get my brakes inspected?
We recommend a brake inspection every 12,000 miles or at least once a year. However, if you notice squealing, grinding, vibration when braking, or your brake pedal feels soft or spongy, bring it in immediately. Catching brake issues early can save you hundreds of dollars and keep you safe on the road. Our brake inspections are always free.
Do you work on all car makes and models?
Yes. Our ASE-certified technicians are trained and equipped to service all domestic and import vehicles — sedans, trucks, SUVs, minivans, and hybrids. We work on Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes, Hyundai, Kia, and every other major manufacturer. If it has an engine, we can fix it.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most routine services like oil changes, brake pad replacements, and battery swaps are completed within 1-2 hours. More involved repairs like engine diagnostics, transmission work, or AC system overhauls typically take 4-8 hours. We always give you a time estimate upfront and call you if anything changes.
Do you offer any warranties on your work?
Absolutely. All labor at DallasAutoCarePros is backed by a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer but are typically 12-36 months. If something we repaired fails within the warranty period, we will fix it again at no charge. We stand behind every job we do.
Can I drop off my car and pick it up later?
Of course. We offer early-bird drop-off starting at 7:00 AM — just leave your keys in the drop box and we will call you with an estimate before starting any work. Most customers drop off in the morning and pick up the same evening. We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
