Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended so we can have a bay ready for you, but walk-ins are always welcome. For same-day service, calling ahead helps us ensure we can fit you in at a time that works for you.

How long will my repair take?

Routine services like oil changes and brake pad replacements typically take 1-2 hours. More involved repairs like engine diagnostics, transmission work, or AC repair usually take 4-8 hours. We will give you a time estimate when we provide your repair quote.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We provide free written estimates on all repairs. For engine diagnostics that require scan tool time and hands-on testing, there is a diagnostic fee that gets applied toward the repair if you choose to have us do the work.

Can I wait while my car is being serviced?

Absolutely. We have a clean, comfortable waiting area. For longer repairs, many customers choose to drop off in the morning and pick up later in the day. We also offer early-bird drop-off starting at 7:00 AM.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and personal checks. For larger repairs, ask about our financing options.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

All labor is backed by our 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty, which is typically 12-36 months. If anything we repaired fails within the warranty period, we fix it again at no charge.
